Kinlochleven
I kicked up dust on the bone dry trail as I half-ran/ half-walked my way back down to the spectacular village of Kinlochleven. I had been Munro bagging in the Mamores range, which is just across the glen from Ben Nevis. It had been a long day and I was looking forward to being back at sea level to enjoy the incredible late summer weather we were having. Winding through the trees, I looked up to see this composition of Sgorr na Ciche (the Pap of Glencoe) and fjord like Loch Leven framed nicely to the bottom by birches on the left and Scots pine on the right.
